Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Food and hygiene products may only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original condition.
- Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Refund and Exchange Process
- We’ll review your request and confirm eligibility within two business days.
- Approved returns must be shipped or brought to our store. Return instructions will be provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Exchanges are possible for qualifying products, subject to availability.
Exceptions & Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
- Refund requests outside the 30-day period may not be honored.
